The Center for Business and Technological Development of South Aegean (KETA) was established as a civil non profit organization by:
- The Cyclades Chamber of Commerce and Industry (25%)
- The Dodecanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (20%)
- The Regional Development Agency of Cyclades (25%)
- The Regional Development Agency of Dodecanese (25%)
- The Association for the Development Progress of the Dodecanese (5%)
It was founded within the framework of action 1.4.1 (Support Structures for SME's) by the Greek Ministry of Development Operational Framework Program Competitiveness and it is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ETPA), and the Greek Government Public Finance.
The main purpose is to improve the competitiveness and to strengthen the organizational and operational level of SME's, providing free of charge consultancy orientation services in the Southern Aegean Region.
